Open the Ticket CenterGFVPN has not announced a public email address. Submit account and subscription questions through the user panel so the issue record and account status remain in the same support process.
Use a Support TicketGFVPN has not announced a public Telegram contact account. Submit payment, plan, or refund information directly through the Ticket Center instead of relying on contact links from pages outside this site.
Submit an IssueTickets are handled according to submission order and issue type. Actual response times depend on the information needed to verify the account, payment status, client logs, and route behavior; no fixed response time is promised.
Provide your username, the plan status currently shown, and any message displayed on the page. No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient, so include the username linked to the account in your ticket.
GFVPN supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. For payment issues, state the payment method selected, the current order status, and the result shown on the page. Do not include your password or other unnecessary account credentials in the ticket.
State the platform in use, target region, selected route, and what actually happened. GFVPN supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux; network permissions and client settings vary by system, so identifying the platform helps narrow the troubleshooting path.
This service provides 30-day no-questions-asked refunds. Submit refund requests through a support ticket; the corresponding account, order, and payment status must be verified during processing.
A clear issue description is more effective than submitting the same request repeatedly. The information below helps support determine whether the issue involves the account, client, route, or payment process.
State your username, the action you were taking, the message shown on the page, and what you expected to happen. No email address is needed, and do not submit your account password.
State which platform you are using—Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux—the client page currently open, target region, route name, and the observed problem.
State whether you used Alipay, WeChat, or USDT, and include the current status shown on the order page. Information involving credentials should not be entered directly in the ticket body.
Continue adding information to the original ticket instead. Duplicate tickets split the context, making it harder to review the account status, troubleshooting history, and subsequent replies together.
Sign in to the user panel and open the Ticket Center. The official support process currently uses tickets, where the status and follow-up replies remain with the relevant ticket.
