Service Scope and Applicability
GFVPN provides network acceleration subscription services for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with routes covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes. The specific available regions, connection methods, and client features are determined by the information displayed in the user panel and on the service pages at the time of use. Network conditions, access providers, destination website policies, and device system settings in different regions may affect actual connection results.
The service is intended to improve cross-border access and international route connectivity. It does not grant authorization to any third-party website, application, or online content. Third-party content, account rules, regional policies, and availability are determined by their respective operators. GFVPN has no control over them and is not responsible for changes to third-party services.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must keep their login credentials secure and are responsible for subscriptions, connections, and settings initiated through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or an account appears abnormal, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
A single account supports an unlimited number of simultaneously connected devices, but the account and subscription are for the registrant and devices directly managed by that person only. Users may not sell, rent out, publicly distribute, or bulk-share subscription information, nor may they share login credentials or connection configurations over an extended period with third parties outside the account holder’s control. The relevant user is responsible for abnormal resource consumption, account disputes, and information leaks caused by public distribution or resale.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages are deducted according to actual usage, remain available until depleted, and never expire. The user panel record governs package details, remaining traffic, and validity status.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region involved in their use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and platforms they access. The service may not be used to infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute illegal content, commit fraud, conduct malicious scanning, access systems without authorization, interfere with network operations, or engage in other unlawful activity.
Users may not continuously consume shared route resources through automated programs or abnormal connection methods, or interfere with other users’ normal access. For conduct that may harm networks, systems, or other users, GFVPN may take necessary measures such as restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or terminating accounts, and may cooperate with competent authorities where legally required.
Service Availability and Liability
GFVPN maintains, adjusts, and manages capacity according to route conditions. However, cross-border networks are affected by local providers, international links, device status, system updates, third-party platform policies, and events beyond reasonable control. Therefore, GFVPN does not guarantee continuous availability in every region, network, or at all times.
Scheduled maintenance, route failures, security incidents, or upstream network changes may temporarily interrupt some features. GFVPN will restore service or provide alternative routes within a reasonable scope. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses caused by user device configuration, third-party service changes, local network restrictions, events beyond reasonable control, or violations of these terms beyond the relevant subscription fees already paid.
Account Suspension, Termination, and Changes
If a user violates lawful use requirements, resells or publicly distributes subscriptions, interferes with route operations, impersonates another person, or obtains the service improperly, GFVPN may restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate the service as appropriate. Measures will take into account the nature of the conduct, its impact, and whether it can be remedied.
Users may stop using the service, but stopping use does not automatically create eligibility for a refund. GFVPN may modify these terms when required by law, due to changes in service scope, or to update product rules. Changes will be published on this page, together with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after the terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
Payment and Refund Terms
GFVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before payment, users should verify the package type, traffic allowance, and account information, relying on the order details shown on the payment page. After payment is completed, the subscription status and related benefits will be recorded in the user panel.
A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the order and processing status can be verified. Refunds will be handled through methods supported by the relevant payment channel, and the time required for funds to arrive may depend on that channel’s processing procedures. Requests submitted after the period above will be handled according to applicable law, these terms, and the actual order circumstances.
If there are questions about an order status, subscription record, or refund progress, users should submit a ticket through the user panel and provide information directly relevant to matching the order. GFVPN does not collect additional contact details through this terms page and will not list address or entity information here without factual confirmation.
